"You have an ear for music. And we have an ear for you."

Our product development process starts with "right brain" thinking - the type of thought associated with creativity, intuition, aesthetics, beauty, art, "moments of clarity", and "Eureka!" events.

Since most of our customers in the music world are highly creative individuals, they think this way. So we have people on our development team who do too.

We listen to our customers' ideas intently. As a matter of fact, we listen to our customers in the music industry much the same way they listen to a Beethoven violin concerto or a blazing guitar solo or a saturated high tech dance mix.

We spend gobs of lot of time with them throughout the development process, from product conception, to development, through testing and product refinement.

Their initial ideas, in consultation with our creative and engineering teams, form the core of our product: the initial prototype. This is the wish list of features, the array of controls and functions, the layout of the interface, a blueprint for the first product "alpha".

From this, our engineers (left brainers) and user interface artists and musician product testers (right brainers) go to work to make it reality.

And then we rework the process over and over between our internal team and our customers until we reach a fine level of refinement in the ever-evolving product vision and eventual reality.

Throughout the development process, we combine right and left brain thinking, continously, and with balance. It's a process that keeps engineers and the creative folks in a loop of constant dialogue, sharing ideas, experimenting with prototypes, refining the creative side and optimizing and perfecting the technical side.

Right brain thinking is the driving force behind all creative endeavours.
